For every £1 you spend at LoveHoney, you earn 10 ipoints.
You can set up an ipoints account without leaving the LoveHoney Web site.
Your ipoints are collected in an account on the ipoints Web site.
You can go to the ipoints Web site at any time so spend your points - easy!
New to ipoints?
Joining ipoints is easy - you can do it without leaving the LoveHoney Web site!
All you have to do is create a LoveHoney account and follow the instructions.
The points earned on your order will automatically be added to your account 28 days after your order.

Already an ipoints member?
You can link your ipoints account to your LoveHoney account so you earn ipoints automatically when you check out.
Log into your LoveHoney account and follow the instructions to link it to your ipoints account.
When you use your LoveHoney account to checkout, the points earned on your order will automatically be added to your ipoints account 28 days after placing your order.

Check your ipoints e-mail preferences
When you have joined ipoints, please log in to your account on the ipoints site and check the permission that you give ipoints to contact you.
By default, ipoints will send you offers and surveys by e-mail and in the post.
If you don't want to receive them, go to the My Personal Information screen, uncheck the Mailing boxes and click the grey "Validate the changes" button at the bottom.
How to spend your ipoints
To spend your ipoints, log in to you account on the ipoints site and click on the Spend ipoints tab.
This shows you the products that you can exchange your ipoints for and how to claim your rewards. You cannot spend your ipoints directly on the LoveHoney Web site.
But you can spend your ipoints on LoveHoney products!
Claiming ipoints on your old orders
If you have placed an order but forgot to claim your ipoints, you can still get your ipoints up to 28 days after placing your order.
First, create a LoveHoney account or log in to your LoveHoney account
Then either join ipoints through your LoveHoney account or follow the instructions to link your LoveHoney account to your ipoints account.
When you've done that, send us a message with your order number and we'll allocate the ipoints to your account.
It's not as tricky as it sounds, honest! You have to do it within 28 days of placing your order - after that time, the ipoints will disappear.
